Stormplotter Terms of Service
Effective date: April 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Stormplotter.com and related services, software, reports, and content (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by ERLA Holdings, LLC ("Stormplotter," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Service, creating an account, requesting a report, or otherwise accessing any part of the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when necessary.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or used the Service in an unauthorized manner.
The Service
- property weather-history searches and summaries;
- property weather history reports and related exports;
- account, support, and administrative workflows; and
- new or evolving features and outputs that may change over time.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including pricing, workflow, output format, or availability of reports.
Reports And Data Disclaimer
Stormplotter provides informational tools and report outputs based on third-party and internally processed weather-related data. We do not guarantee that any report, search result, map, summary, or output is complete, error-free, suitable for a particular claim, or admissible in any legal, insurance, underwriting, or regulatory context.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether to rely on a report or output, and for obtaining any independent professional, legal, engineering, insurance, or expert review you believe is necessary.
Orders, Pricing, And Payment
If we offer paid reports or services, you agree to pay all applicable charges at the prices shown at the time of purchase. We may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process payments. Your use of those processors may also be subject to their terms and policies.
We reserve the right to change pricing, reject orders, cancel transactions, limit access, or issue refunds or credits in our discretion where appropriate.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, or data;
- scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or internal logic, except as prohibited by law;
- interfere with the performance, security, or integrity of the Service;
- use the Service to build or support a competing product or dataset; or
- share restricted outputs or confidential information in violation of applicable terms.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, content, reports, branding, workflows, and underlying technology, is owned by ERLA Holdings, LLC and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Third-Party Services And Data
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including mapping, geocoding, payments, email delivery, hosting, and third-party weather or event datasets. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or policies of those third-party services.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND AVAILABILITY.
Limitation Of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERLA HOLDINGS, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC REPORT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ERLA Holdings, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of any report or output.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes To The Service Or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how ERLA Holdings, LLC, doing business as Stormplotter ("Stormplotter," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you use Stormplotter.com and related services (the "Service").

- search and report information, such as property address, selected date-of-loss information, search parameters, search results, generated reports, and related metadata;

- transaction data, such as purchase status, report orders, and limited payment-related metadata provided by our payment processor; and
- technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from network signals, viewed pages, and interactions with the Service.

We collect information directly from you when you create an account, search an address, request a report, complete onboarding, contact support, or otherwise interact with the Service. We also collect certain information automatically through cookies, browser storage, server logs, and similar technologies.

- run address searches and generate reports;
- process transactions and fulfill report orders;
- send transactional emails, support responses, invitations, and product communications;

- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Service Providers And Sharing
We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the Service, including categories such as:
- payment processors, such as Stripe;
- mapping and geocoding providers, such as Google;
- email delivery providers, such as Postmark;
- cloud hosting, database, and storage providers; and
- analytics, security, and anti-abuse vendors.

- to protect the safety, rights, or property of users, Stormplotter, or others;

We do not sell personal information for money.

Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not yet a consistent industry standard for responding to those signals, we do not currently respond to browser-based Do Not Track signals.
